Two coordinate systems, the X-Y Cartesian coordinate system and the J1-J2 coordinate system, are available for the JS Series automatic point soldering machine.
X-Y Cartesian Coordinate System The automated point soldering machine coordinates are represented in Cartesian coordinates whose origin is the rotation center of the J1 Arm. There are therefore two Arm positions, Righty and Lefty, available in the X-Y Cartesian coordinate system.

J1-J2 Axis Coordinate System The automatic point soldering machine coordinates are represented by the rotation angle of the Arm. The coordinate origin is at the point where the Arm is fully extended (J1: 0, J2: 0). The plus direction is the counterclockwise direction as viewed from the top. The J2 angle becomes 0 when the J2 Axis makes a straight line toward the J1 Axis. The J4 angle becomes 0 when the J4 Axis makes a straight line toward the J2 Axis.
