PTP Speed Override

While running the automated point soldering station, you can reduce the PTP speed by the preset speed rate, for example, when you wish to start a new program at a low speed. (This setting does not affect the CP speed.)

Select the Teaching mode to create programs. Turn on the automated point soldering station and then turn the select key switch on the control box to [TEACH]. If the teaching pendant is connected, the [TEACH] light on the teaching pendant will be turned on.

Information registered in the automated point soldering station during the teaching operation is referred to as teaching data.

You can operate the automatic point soldering station in various ways by running different programs. Up to 255 programs (Numbers 1 – 255) can be registered in the automatic point soldering station. A program consists of two items: the program data that controls the program and the point data that includes the position coordinates at which the automatic point soldering station performs the operation. (Multiple point data is also referred to as a point data array.)

1. Program Name: Depending on the type of character, you can use up to 40 – 120 characters in combination to name the program.
2. PTP Condition Number for Home: Settings when the automatic point soldering station Arm moves from the last point to the work home position after a cycle of operation.
3. Work Home: This is the point (coordinates) which the automated point soldering station Arm returns to and waits at for the next start instructions after running the last point of the program in a [1 Cycle Playback] operation.
4. Job on Start of Cycle: The automated point soldering station will perform the point job data designated by the set number.  If [Continuous Playback] is selected, the robot will perform the point job data only when it receives start instructions after completing the [Job on Start of Cycle] set in the [Job and Sequencer on Run Mode] menu.
